Unofficial plugin to replicate the Google Maps shortcode function on WordPress.com sites. Useful for users who are migrating from WordPress.com to self hosted WordPress.org sites and want their maps to continue working. This feature is explained at http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-maps/

- Continue adding maps to posts the way you used to do it.
- Support for custom width and height settings.
Installation
- Upload
unofficial-wordpresscom-google-maps-shortcode.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress
- Use as if you’re using Google Maps in WordPress.com. See instructions at WordPress.com Google Maps page.
