Determine the number of tags to be shown per page
Create a custom style for the link to be shown
Select the area you want to add link (pages, posts)

Installation

Take the easy route and install through the WordPress plugin installer or download the .zip file and upload the unzipped folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress
Go to Settings > Tag Linker Settings and make the settings by yourself.
