This is a great plugin to integrate WordPress HelpDesk with different support systems like HelpScout, Zendesk etc. Beside the plugin itself, the CRM Perks support team helped many several time to setup and test some of their other plugins (Constant Contact integration, form entries etc.) Warmly recommended! Stopped working, support unimpressive. Would rather delete this review but not an option.

I’m using this plug-in to get Zendesk tickets to my WooCommerce my account pages. Styling is amazing, ticket creation works flawlessly and the support is amazing if you encounter any issues. They also patch issues in the plug-in very quickly, which is great!
