Go to plugins management page and Deactive it.

Installation
- Download the plugin and extract its content
- Upload the complete folder
support-onlineto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress
- Go to Appearance-> Widget and drang ‚Fit-Support Online‘ to your sidebar1. Go to appearance –> Widgets and drang Fit-Support Online to your sidebar
- Enter your yahoo ID, Your fullname and other options
