mapping-of-image-posts.zipto the/wp-content/plugins/directory; - Extract the
mapping-of-image-posts.ziparchive into the/wp-content/plugins/directory; - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress.

Use your plugin from the Tools->Mapping page;
