Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/fast-tocdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ screen in WordPress.
- Use the Settings->Reading screen to set some default settings.
