We ended up upgrading to the pro version which provided the functionality we required but the free version was excellent also. Support has been great for a few queries we had. Seems very robust and has lots of versatility.

I have been using the BSK PDF Manager by Bannersky for a year now,. The PDF sorting feature works exactly as desired, making it easy to keep everything organized. Additionally, the customer support has been excellent—always responsive and helpful when I’ve had questions. Overall, I highly recommend the BSK PDF Manager to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solution for managing PDFs.

We bought the pro version of this plugin and we sent a support request for a shortcode, we didn't get any answer.

I scoured the internet searching for this functionality. Free verstion is great if you just have a few documents to manage/display but we paid for the pro and then the plugin really shined. Importing documents en mass was easy and the documention was well done with lots of shortcode example for listing your files.

0 Stars This plugin is not really free. It doesn't do anything like what they show in their demos without purchasing the Pro version. The only thing it does for free is just show PDFs in a basic list with no design. You can do this just using the built-in Gutenberg blocks. None of the shortcode options work and they don't tell you that either. This plugin should not be in the free WordPress repository, it is just an ad for their paid version.

Contacted their support team without any expectations, and i was fascinated with their response speed, amount of care, and how they go beyond to help, that was a great experience.
